I'm sure I'm not the only one that doesnt like drinking water but I know I need to drink more so that is my goal and I will post here every day to stay accountable and if you want to join me in this thread with your water intake also Please do so
Me, I'm working on the water thing, too. My goal is 17 8-ounce glasses a day.
So far today, I'm at 7. (3 glasses first thing in the morning with my meds, 3 cups of herbal tea at breakfast, plus a glass of ice water after breakfast)

I only drank 38 oz The Water so far. I will be working on it for the next few hours. Good grief, I'm even thirsty and it is still hard to drink The Water.
Some days it is just water..and I don't think anything of it..I go through it..well like water. Today it is proper noun and all that!
I got a 40 oz hydro flask and a straw top for it. I also flavor it with a weak crystal lite of MIO or some crushed stawberries, lemons, cucumbers...etc. It goes down EASY PEASY.
Well August was a terrible water month for me .
managed about 3 days of 7 glasses of water...
however last 2 days managed 8 .... over the weekend
on track its 10.30 am and I have already had 2 today so doing well this week .... (oh but its only just started today for me )
The days leading up the worst headache ever, my water in-take was very low, and I was eating things I normally do not. It was also very stressful at work.
Since I've been drinking like a fish yesterday, I have felt much better. I guess I taught myself a lesson. Gotta drink!
Have you tried flavored seltzer water or flavored sparkling water. It takes a little getting used to but gives you that fizzy with none of the calories and still some flavor. Only has 3 ingredients, water, co2, and natural flavoring!
So far today I have drank 20oz of water, i have massive trouble drinking water. Is it okay to add sugar free cordial/squash to the water to make it more palatable?
Lunch time and 8 glasses down! That is the best I have done in a while. I find it very hard to keep up with my water at work. I am with customers most of the day so it makes it hard stop and take a drink.
