My goal for this leg:
Stick like glue to my WW program. I'm getting it together - just need to seriously commit.

Had to hang on to my seat yesterday. Got splashed but stayed out of the water!

Sounds like you are a lot drier lately.
My goal, that I will achieve, is I will walk on the treadmill for half an hour EVERYDAY!

Ubee thats a doable goal, even if you split it up throughout the day.
I fell back into the water today but I dragged myself back onto my seat, angry at myself but determined to make it through the rest of the day w/o falling back in.

So glad you are also doing well. I do best with the buddy system.
I had a very active day and was exhausted BUT I still got my half hour in!
Hope your weigh in goes well.

WW was a success. Down 1.2 lbs.
Managed to meet my goals yesterday and it's paying off.
Ubee, you are doing fantastically. Stick to it.

I think we should attach that
to an engine. It'll be like rowing with your feet, Ubee.

Yesterday my joints were painful so I took a day off. I hope to do double tomorrow to make up for it.
Just finished today. DRY!
