I am doing good. I think I'm eating more at meal time. It's amazing how full I get. Veggies really do fill you up.
I'm going to use steamer bags as my lunch most days.
I had forgot how easy planning and tracking is. Hubby is on board and that helps so much.
Exercise will increase next wk.
I am trying to leave a little food on my plate. I noticed at church that most people didn't clean their plates. I always cleaned my plate.

I had a rough start to the month but on track and doing good!! The warmer weather is helping. Plan to be outside with the kids today. They love being outside and I do too!! Grilled food is sooo good and healthy!!!
