What a great idea! 10 days at a time is so much more doable than thinking long term.

Today's our last day of this leg in the Lifeboat. As we row towards shore it's time to review our goals and decide what we will work towards on our next leg.

I managed to stay dry yesterday.

I'm mostly dry but get hit with a late afternoon hunger wave that I need to find a solution for. I get home from work and am SO hungry that its hard to stick to my remaining allotted calories!

I'm thinking on what I can do. I've tried a late afternoon protein shake but it doesn't seem to be enough. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any.

PS welcome tenecgal!

Well, I didn't do as well as I would've liked while on my trip! I stayed dry the first day, but it kind of fell apart on day 2. Tracking points can be frustrating while eating at non-chain restaurants. I ate less than I usually would even if they weren't always the "right" things and didn't snack on junk, so there was some improvement.

I'm back now & ready to climb back aboard in time for the next round.

STOP

OARS DOWN.

Take a moment to stretch and head on over to berth #86 for the next leg.
