Dry yesterday. First day out with friends since the New Year and stayed dry, even with the waves trying to splash me.

Nearly fell in yesterday....it was touch and go for a while but managed to stabilise the boat and carry on rowing!

long term goal: July 2015.....Mother-of-the-Bride under 230lbs (one minute they are babies the next you are waving goodbye!)
First short term goal is Memory Walk ( 8 miles) Oct 5th 2014 for dementia in memory of my Mum who started to suffer at only 58.

lowest weight:19 stone 8 (Nov 2012 after 6 months on 3FC)
current weight 328
highest weight 364lbs

Doing so-so. Wet, I guess. I haven't been tracking well but eating isn't outrageous. No exercise except pottering around the house.

Here's a soft dry towel Angela. Try one of the lee side seats. They don't get splashy too often.

I had a dry day. I'm thrilled!

Yuck! Splashed big time yesterday. At least I had a lot of spare extra WW points to "fix" my mistake. Gotta dry off and tighten my resolve for the rest of the week.
