BIG NSV for me, happened this past Saturday while we were moving. it was just me and my husband, unfortunately everyone else was working or were being selfish, so we literally moved everything, just the two of us. I was on my feet for probably a good 5 or so hours, sweating profusely, lifting and moving and packing. I can't believe I did it. normally I stay out of this sort of thing because I'm way too out of shape. but I actually did it, stuck with it, and boy did it feel rewarding.

and painful.

here's another: bought jeans last year that I expected to be a little big since I had bought a similar pair (really just a different color a few years before hand) that fit great and were a little big. wellll I couldn't even button them, let alone get them over my gut. guess who's wearing them RIGHT now!? I can't believe it. this is my biggest accomplishment this far. they're a size 32 but they're DEFINITELY sized a size small, cause like I said, I have another pair that are the same size and same cut that were small. so I've officially lost a pant size (at least)!

That's awesome, Wheezy! Dropping a size is one of the most exciting NSVs, IMO.

thanks everyone! oh and I figured out why they're so 'small' compared to the other ones -- they're actual skinny jeans. I'm surprised! they're so comfortable, I think I might be on my way to losing another size! this is what I've been waiting for.

way to go, Wheezy!

I have a bit of a NSV too... Yesterday, my daughter and I walked a mile!
Oh, and I found out today that some recent possible heart-related problems weren't heart-related at all! It's just a bad case of anxiety. I pick up some new meds later this afternoon, and I should be feeling MUCH better within a couple days. Doc says my heart is very healthy and he's very proud of my 10 pound weight loss! woo hoo!!!

YAY for MamaApril!!! Physical victories feel so good, both mentally and physically.

What to go Wheezypi! This must be the week to fit into jeans that previously couldn't make it up your bum (much less button them) as I this morning, I was able to put on a pair of those too!

Having a guy flirt with you is always a bit of a pick-me-up in the self esteem department! Congrats!
