I would like to start riding my exercise bike. What is a good goal to aim for? How much at a time?

I agree. Years ago, when I was in even worse shape than I am now, I started biking at 5 minutes a day. I was up to 45 a day in a few months. Push a little, but remember if you push too hard and injure yourself today, you might lose several days of exercise.
