I'm back in the boat! Had a friend visiting me for the last 6 days, and while we began the week with good eating intentions, that sort of went by the wayside. On the plus side, I did a ton of walking around Disneyland, Santa Monica, and other places. Scale shows +0.5, which I feel pretty fortunate about, I was sure it would be several pounds. Glad to be back in my routine! Good luck all.

Carol, remember .5 lbs. is 8 measly ounces, a cup of tea, a couple raw carrots. Shoot, even my bra probably weighs that. If you've been OP it's just the scale being mean. Stick to what you're doing and maybe, hopefully, you'l get a nice surprise on the scale next week.

It's the mousies!!! They are readjusting our scales and sneaking unwanted water weight in our undies. Don't worry, super kitteh is here! I just have to make sure not to poke holes in the boat bottom.

A bit of a splash here. I missed one day of vitamins and didn't even realize it until I counted my days (I keep a calendar and have a marked vitamin box).

I am going camping with my camping group this weekend. I wanted to go today, but just didn't have the energy to pack and then drive there after work. Strangely enuff, the camping group eats very healthy! We are going to have corned beef and cabbage in honor of St. Paddy's day. Good thing I don't share my camper with anyone and there's a good fan. hehe.

Hang in there boaters.

Lots of Hugs,
Ratkity

What a day

Still have a few points left for the day, but we have a treat planned for later so I know I'll be POP. Dry over here, but heading to the museum tomorrow - may need a buoy for eating out at lunch

Good night all.

Ratkity-your camping group sounds interesting. How did you get involved in this group?

Pluck,
The group is based on the kind of camper I own called a teardrop. Just a bed on wheels. These people make their own or buy them. I bought mine. No hiding inside a land yacht. We get out, eat a lot, do some fishing, walking and a lot of yakking! I bring a guitar and we sing our rendition of Red Solo Cup (Toby Keith) because we usually camp at parks were alcohol is prohibited and drinkers need to put stuff in cups. Much fun is had by all.

Staying dry,
Hugs,
Ratkity

And my POP buoy string just got longer. There are now 5 buoys trailing behind the boat.

Yesterday was a good one. Hope today is too.

Ratkity-sounds very cool and I would be using a cup for sure.

gggirls-if you fall out again grab a hand. Welcome back to the boat.

Judy-congrats on 5 days and hoping you make it 6.

Me I got soaked and almost drowned. I used all my weekly bonus points and have 3 more days of eating. I started out okay. Went for brunch with my brunch friends and had a greek salad and coffee. When I got up I had fruit before I went to the brunch. Then my sister said let's have a pint for st. paddy's day which turned into three. All resolve went out the window or overboard so to speak. I picked up ingredients to make pizza and made a cheese and spinach pizza and ate half of it. Now I feel so sick and disheartened not to mention wet.

pluckypear - Guess what - tomorrow's a new day! Here's a big and a warm, soft, floofy towel. Hang on tight to it though, 'cause I may need to borrow it from you

Carol - wring the water out of your hair and jump back in the boat! I've heard that the towel supply is never ending around here Hoping you have a better day today

Hope everyone is still dry - I have my meals planned out and my Jumbo mug filled with water - here's to a great day!
