Good morning y'all. Somehow downloaded a virus on my work computer yesterday morning, so I've got to make a road trip today, to take it to be reimaged. Fun Fun. I hope you all have a great on plan day! I'm just checking in before I leave for work this morning.

I was in the shower last night and just started crying and i don't mean cry cry i mean sobbing. I think i am overly stressed and with it being almost tom it hard to bare. i just don't know what to do because if i keep going this rate i am going to have a heart attack and thats not good.

lynnI know I have bad days like that too, sometimes we need a good cry and then I ask myself what is it I really want am or missing and try to do something about it. Sometimes it is so hard though to find exactly what it is we need. Of course if this is more lasting or critical see a doctor. I am in therapy and it is helping me so much.

I am getting chores done and then going out, so far so good.

Good morning! Well it has been raining, thundering, lightening here for the past 14 hours straight. It is good to actually get rain but boy does it make for a long commute to work in the dark!

Sorry I missed checking in yesterday; work is really busy. Lots to do and get caught up on befre an audit next week! Did not eat well this weekend but did lose 0.8 at WI on Saturday. Tracked after the fact yesterday and went over points. Getting back on track today!

Lynnie: Sorry to hear you are struggling. I have been there a lot recently and TOM does make it worse. Treat yourself to a nice warm bubble bath with candles. Do something that is relaxing to you. Sometimes just deep breathing with your eyes closed while imagining the ocean tide washing in and out can help too. You are right, you do not want to have a heart attack. Hang in there. You will make it through and remember it isn't as bad as it seems it is just TOM making things feel worse.

Pluckypear: Sounds like things are going wel for you! Way to go!

Texscrapper: How was the date to the grocery store?

Hope everyone else is doing well. Have a great day!

thanks tw!! today is absolutely beautiful for the first day of spring. I actually got up and went outside and trimmed my lavendar bush and sat talked with my neighbor for awhile. It was much better then sitting in the house being depressed and it made me feel better. She even gave me some fried apples. Now i just need to get the gumption to start walking again.

Hello ladies! I've been reading all of your posts but havent taken the time to respond. Now there are so many I wouldn't know where to start.
I found out what my sensitivities are and more of what is going on with my gut and thyroid...I like the word gut! Next week I go in to be told his diet recommendations. For now I'm trying to stay away from yogurt, peppermint, tuna and pork and in just a few days have already been feeling better.
I have WW in the morning and am hoping that I haven't gained again. I keep thinking I'm going to start tracking my intake and symptoms and then become overwhelmed. Maybe today?
Im glad to see everyones post and know that even if I'm not commenting I'm reading and thinking of you all.

Lynnie: Glad to hear y'al had some nice weather and you were able to get out and enjoy it. I so love that part of Spring!!! Oohhh, and I love the smell of lavendar!
Goodnuff: That's great that you are getting some answers about your sensitivities! I would think that would be tremendously helpful! How nice that you are already feeling a little better and I am really glad you posted; I've missed you.
I'm not doing so great this week (eating wise). I have not tracked and have not been making good choices. Between work and upcoming TOM I just couldn't do it. I haven't given up just giving myself some grace. I'll be out of town Friday-Sunday so you probably won't hear from em until Monday but I hope lots and lots of people have checked in by then and I hope everyone is pressing forward no matter what is going on. :-)
