Default Tattoos + Chunk

Ok so I have 10 tattoos... I love them, I am planning out my 11th and 12th one right now. I want them on my collar bones but I feel like my chunk will get in the way.. Any ideas? Tips?

I've seen a few threads about tattoo shrinkage and deformity as people gain/lose weight. I'm not quite sure how that would work, but if it's true that losing weight might distort them then I suggest waiting until you're closer to your goal weight? You might wanna browse the Alternachicks section of the site to see if anyone there has had a similar question, that seems like the most likely area of the site where the question might pop up.

I always loved the ideas of tats but I'm too scared of needles/pain and being in the Accounting field, it's not something potential employers like to see >_< I guess I'm stuck with henna and temporary tattoos huh?

Getting a tattoo turns me on lol.. The other ones are not in spots that would really shrink or anything like that..

I feel like I want something now.. I don't want to wait till I am at my goal weight who know if that will ever happen.

I am going to ask my tattoo artist.

I don't care what employers think. If they aren't going to hire me because of my tattoos then they are stupid. I have a BA so I let that speak for itself.

I have two - one on my upper ankle area and the one in between my shoulder blades. I've lost a significant amount thus far and neither tattoo seems to have changed or been distorted thus far but then again, they were both in my "skinniest" areas to begin with!

I have three tattoos, one on each calf (both somewhat large and detailed) and one on my inner arm near my elbow and I have gone up and down this same 100+ lbs several times and they seem somehow to survive intact. I know what it feels like to really crave a tattoo so reward yourself for the hard work you are doing NOW. I know that personally, I am sick of forgoing all rewards and fun until I am at goal weight.

Enjoy the tattoo now, and have fun!
