What I Love About My Body Is...
So, I figured that since we all spend so much time talking and thinking about the things we don't like or hate about our bodies, that we could have a thread about the things that we actually LIKE about them. I don't know if this is a stupid idea and I haven't seen it before on here (past the first two pages if I am honest). So if it is one or there is one, just let me know. I think it would be nice to list one thing we all like about our physical appearance (this can include face, hair, whatever) and maybe as we progress with our bodies, the NEW things we are liking about ourselves as well. It's like the uplifting thread, only we say one positive thing about our bodies. Again, if this is a ridiculous idea, let me know. =)
I'll go first, one thing I like about my body is my porcelain skin. I know it's so in vogue to have tan skin, but I like that it is snow white and it's very, very forgiving.
Now, what do YOU guys like about yours?

I dont really have a part i hate hate ....ok i would love a smaller belly. But suppose i hate being over weight.
What i love is my bodys ability so show me the potential. A fw pounds off and my whole perspective changes in front of the mirror. I may have a layer of fat but i can see my shape underneath it, (if that makes sense) and i know once that layer is shifted and my figure appears i know ill be happy with it
I think its a great idea :-) I love that I have super long legs (fat, yes lol..but once I lose weight, they will be like model-long legs..gives me a little hope lol) I also think I'll have a pretty face once I lose weight :-)
I really, really love my body. I mean, it doesn't look too great now after the years and years of torture I put it through, but the poor ol' girl just keeps putting one foot in front of the other every time I ask it to. The fact that it's suffered abuse at my hand for 30 years now and keeps on ticking, ya gotta have some respect for that!
What I like about my body is that she is a survivor - diabetes, cancer, operations, broken bones. After 72 years, she still keeps on trucking like the energizer bunny!
I love my muscles. They are new and I am amazed by them. I love my laugh lines. (No, really. Im 30 in just a few months and I thought I would hate this but... I all of a sudden dont mind aging.) I love that I look just like my kids. I love that no matter what size I am, my husband loves my body.
I love my cheek bones. I have really high cheek bones and I dont carry alot of weight in my face. I also like that I still have a waist. Its alot bigger waist than it should be but I still sink in at my waist.
I like my eyes because they're a really pretty blue.
And I like my nails because I've always looked after them (even when I was a tot) and they are long and make me feel more elegant
