Default OM goodness, I just realized something amazing!
I was looking at my ticker and I'm more than 1/4 of the way to my weight loss goal already! I lost 25 in 8 weeks in June and July then held that weight. I've lost another 21 since 1/3, making my total weight loss 46 lbs. My total weight loss goal is to lose 175 lbs. 1/4 of that is 43.75 lbs! Holy cow that went fast!

I know for me the first 50 lbs are the easiest and it get a lot harder after that but I had to mention that milestone because it was so shocking, in a good way!

GREAT~~~ As a new member, I have been on most links; there was one today or yesterday that gave me the idea of posting frequently, so that when things get tough, you can look back at your posts and realize how far you have come. You might want to keep that in mind if you do feel it gets harder.
