Morning! Sounds like we're all having... challenges staying on plan. Try to remember why you want this! Visualize your success!

Learn -- Glad everyone's okay from that accident!

As for me... stupid scale. It showed a 3 pound *whoosh* Friday and Sunday. Today? It seems to have "taken away" 1-2 pounds of that whoosh. That's okay stupid scale -- I will leave those pounds in the dust!!!

Same thing here, Heather, Friday and Saturday I was down 3 pounds, but today I've only got a net loss of a half pound for this week. I'm sure we'll get those losses back next week.

An okay day today, although I forgot to plan for lunch and so didn't eat between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., never a great idea. But I didn't eat from the vending machine, and I didn't end up gorging for dinner. And I exercised.

How did everyone's Monday go?

Angela

Worked yesterday so let's try it again - I WILL BE POP TODAY!

The reward of the whoosh I saw this morning was very gratifying - the connection between POP and the scale continues.

Who's with me today?

Such positivity this morning!

I didn't get in exercise yesterday but food was pretty good.
I don't know what dinner will be (where we will eat out), but I have my trainer workout this morning...

Good morning, I didn't make it in yesterday, so I had better write this while I am in the office.

I have been busy as a bee! We are "thinking" about putting our house on the market. I realize this is probably not a good time to do that, but this place with all the expense is getting too much for me! Our property tax keeps climbing and so does ins. not to mention what it takes to cool and heat it. Cleaning it is a job too. 4,400 sq feet of back breaking work! LOL! I will get plenty of exercise just trying to sort through and get rid of stuff. LOts of stuff! When we moved here I thought I would never fill all of the closets and cabinets. HA! The garage is full so is the utility room and two storage sheds, large ones! do I know what is in all of these places? NO!

That is my novel for this morning, so I will just hush now and go. Ruth
Oh yeah, still op!

Another POP day ...feels great. Scales are showing they approve.
I do admit I went to bed with a growling stomach. Havent had that in a long time.
Lets see how many days in a row we can be POP.

Ruth -- The thought of moving freaks me out. How can we pack up all this stuff!! Just take it one room at a time!

I ate a little too much yesterday, but got in some good exercise.

Don't yet have a plan for today (that's the hardest part about not having a kitchen... no plan!)...

Hi everyone,

Major drive by today. Congrats to the losers, whooshers, and POP tarts.

I had some good and some bad days while away but got in a lot of exercise. Back on full plan today and ready to take the healthy eating world by storm.
