Hi just a quickie, been trying to get our house tidy & clean... I've actually started doing exercise! I used my Swiss ball for tummy, arm & back exercises and some weights as well as squats, stretches & lunges. I'm hoping in a couple of days I'll feel like using a dvd & getting 40mins+ in. It's frosty here so I've been outside picking poop up! lol Anyone who has dog...do you pick up as they 'go' or leave it a while? I'm never sure which is best, though in frosty weather it is EASY to do and no nasty smells either...sorry for TMI.

I am having 32 people over..oh boy..trying not to stress over that

Hey Cyn it's been about a month since I last picked poop! Thank goodness we have a big lawn! Hope you Thanksgiving meal goes well & you get lots of help preparing and cooking the meal & leave the washing up to someone else. xxxxxx

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! Mine wasn't to bad. Had the holiday off but worked all weekend. Now on to my much needed days off.

I've been rather blue lately... I have a bit of seasonal depression so this time of year is never good for me. I suffered through depression ever since I was a preteen. In the last few years I finally got help and am much better, but I still get down during the holidays. Wish I was a bear and could hibernate until spring. lol
