Happy Thanksgiving - I'm so thankful for the support I receive here - thanks to each of you! (you too Ruth)

As Heather said - enjoy the day and the company.

We wimped out this morning - it's 17 and sleeting so we aren't doing the Turkey Trot along the river - last night at 9 it was 60 so thought it would be great. DH went to pick up our shirts - guess we can put them on and do it on the treadmill.

Winter is here...it was 77 at breakfast yesterday morning and the front came through and by evening it was in the 20s with snow and sleet. YIKES!!
Food was good overall yesterday. I didnt stuff myself but I ate too many carbs. Today we have another meal at 3. I will choose more carefully and play with the grandbabies instead of eating as much.
Might go for a walk this am in the cold.

Our family meal got moved to 5 pm and by then I was starving and overate. Had to many chicken wings and too many sweet potatoes and my tummy complained about it all night long. I didnt eat any sweets at all yesterday. I packed up all the leftovers and sent them home with my sons family. I did keep some turkey. No sweets left in the house.
Back at it today...

I didn't have a great day yesterday. We went out to eat and I dodged the bread and alcohol and fell into chocolate cake. But I have to see today as a new day.

Had a great day yesterday. I am proud to report I finished painting the dinning room walls and baseboards. Today I will put the last coat of paint on the built in corner cabinets. It sure looks great and didnt take that long to finish it up.
Today I plan to finish the cabinets and laundry and may even start wrapping some gifts.
food will be POP again today!!!!!!
