So far there's TWELVE (?) of 'us' 300 into 12=25lbs each....about 2lbs a week each...? Anyway I'm going to stick with it & not give in to cheesy bread again! Low carb is fab but I SO miss bread.

Sharon - 100 lbs total - remember that red sportscar that DH promised when I hit 100 lbs - not sure that's even what I want anymore but I know I will hit the 100 lbs loss. We have a trip to the Caribbean in early December - makes it even more challenging.
I had another great day yesterday. I feel so much more alert and aware of my world..guess that shows carbs and sugar do make us sluggish.
I have a new addiction...lipton diet green tea citrus. Im so addicted to it!!!
Guess Im going to take the baby for a walk before it gets too hot.
Not sure what day Im making my weigh day. I am seeing the scales moving slowly in the right direction.
Carol LUCKY YOU!!! On BOTH counts! What are you thinking of getting instead of the car, a new dog, handbag or a different car? A cruise in warm seas will be fabulous, it's cold & SO windy here, even traffic lights are rocking a bit! xxxxxx

I lost 1lb, (not as bad as it could have been after all that naan & cheese roll) so next week I WILL exercise every day AND no bread/bad carbs will pass my lips either.

As for me...well I had a bit too much sodium yesterday and I can tell it today. I do like the powerful feeling in my head that is from controlling my eating.
I have decided to make sat my weigh in day. I will post my weight tomorrow. Its not going to be as low as I was hoping but it will be better than it was last week. One week at a time.....

Well Im down a lb from monday. I ate pizza last night and overdid it. Im changing my ticker the 1lb because every lb counts.
I've been mostly lurking lately, but I wanted to chime and say my January 1st goal is to get under 300 pounds for good! Seriously, I hate having a 3 in my weight, and I'm super motivated to get to it by the new year.

Thanks, Debbie! I am still 218.0 as of this morning. Whew. Weekends always make me nervous~so many opportunities to go off my plan. Went to the doctor today and she is again cutting my blood pressure meds in half! She wants to see me again in 4 months. Hopefully, one day, I will not need the bp meds.
Stay tuned for the scale to finally show me it knows how to display the numbers 2-1-7 in that order.
