HI! I just signed up today, and I'm having troubles learning how to work the site. I signed up for a weight tracker and stuff. Where do I put it? Also do you join certain groups (if so how?)...or just visit them? I would appreciate any tips or advice anyone has to navigate the site. Thanks so much for your time.
Welcome to the group! I've only been here a week or so, but I'm finding that it's not too hard to navigate through everything, once you get the hang of it.
I strongly urge you to go back to the main 300+ page. You'll see all the "sticky" topics listed first. One of them is called "newbies". Find the very first entry and read through everything. All the info is there.
You'll get the hang of it. With the forums, I think most people find a group and tend to post there mostly. I tend to post here and in the weight loss support forum.
There are loads of stickies that can help you with essential information. Happy posting and welcome!
