I did pretty well this week on my exercise minutes compared to the last few weeks.
My minutes for this past week 555 + 3793 Former Group Total = 4,348 new Group Total!

So adding 60 mins treadmill.

Ran low on time at the gym today, so it ended up being a quick workout before work:
15 mins cardio (with 2 mins of running; trying to build that everyday) & 15 mins upper body strength training.
4408+30=4438
Brings my total to 305 mins so far this month.

I might as well add my gardening for today (counting half the actual - 45m) since I did more moving/lifting/scrubbing today as well. I'm thinking one more day and I can put out the umbrella and wait for the nicer weather. (or planting time)

My total: 75 + 60 = 135 min
