I lost 1/2 a size!!

in my feet.

I used to be a size 8, as I gained I went up to a size 8.5/9. Those are too lose and I had to go buy some 8's. Now I *know* it shows progress....but in my feet??? Oh come on now what's wrong with it coming off the old booty?

Losing inches almost anywhere is good! This is something I am happy about. As someone who went from EE shoes to having a hard time finding anything that would fit, now it is a lot easier again.

well we know that you didnt loose 10 pounds in your feet.... a 1/2 size couldnt be much fat really.... so you never know.... the real loss could have been in your legs or butt..... but the 1/2 size shows loss and that is what it is all about ....... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
