Default this is the support group for me!
Hi everyone. new to 3FC! I am 315 lbs and hopefully motivated enought to stick with it this time. I have 2 teenagers and married for 17 years. I am a nurse . I have problems telling my patients what to do and how to eat when I am so huge myself. it a double standard to me. I am 41 and my joints are going to pot! I must do this for me.

Hello and you have definitely found the best place to be for all the support and encouragement you will need. I love it here, and know I wouldn't have got past 30 lbs lost if it wasn't for everybody here

Thanks To All For The Encouraging Words! To Ammi, I Am Not Following A Specific Plan Just Trying To Cut Out Sugar And Processed Foods.and Of Course Trying To Exercise More!
