Discouraged
Hello, I'm new to the 30-somethings group.
This past month I'm feeling super discouraged. I dropped about 16lbs in my first 2 months, eating well and working out, I amped up my workouts and I feel like I'm not changing. I'm not seeing a drop in the scale really anymore, my clothes fit about the same, though I do about a million upper body movements in my workout my triceps look super un-toned. I'm trying to stay positive but it's really hard. I carry weight really well, like alllllll over. It's nice when gaining, but when losing, it's not really noticeable, and even my clothes size doesn't change.
What do you guys do when feeling discouraged? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
