I'm starting weight lifting, heavy weights. I want to focus on the fat loss and build muscle for tone. My numbers will likely be skewed, but I don't care anymore. I was 162 at one point in my life and still jiggly. If I end up in the 170s and firm, I'll be happy. The scale is no longer my focus, but I will one day fit into some size 10 pants!

5/4: 197.6 -- Yeah, big setback. It's depressing. But I got there because I was feeling depressed and ate. I hate days like these, and I really didn't think that one day of splurging on Saturday could do me such a disservice but apparently it can. The dinner at Chick Fil-A with the family on Wednesday didn't do much damage at all but I guess the donuts for breakfast and the pizza and Coke for dinner on Saturday did. Oh, well. Rant over. Binge done with. Moving on.

Circa and step, I think we are just having one of those months! I've decided to write a positive affirmation next to each weigh in or else my husband is gonna do what Laura's husband did. So, yeah my weights still 183, but now I have triceps for first time in my life ever (at least noticeable ones) because someone at work commented on them, so it's not just me! .
Maybe we should all do that? Just to keep the positive vibe. We will not be defeated!

Dang right it's not! I'm hoping to have lost 10+ lbs between April 20th when I started, and May 20th. I am totally killing it this week so it's giving me a taste of the sweet weight loss glory, I'm loving it, and I don't mean to let it go. Hopefully by the end of May I will be in the 180s.

After a rather active afternoon cleaning, I checked my weight and I was down to 191.0 (it was 192.4 this morning). I know I shouldn't weigh in throughout the day but what the heck! Hahaha! It was a total self-esteem boost.

Pauli is def kicking butt!! I'm off to gym to try to fix some of this post drink bloat. I get mad because I always say when theres a night out with friends I wont drink much. Buzzed me however forgets that. :/
