Well, whaddya know? I'm back. And no, I'm not in the 190s. Boo. But I'm hoping to be back in the 190s next week.
I've been yoyoing since mid January, when I had the best intention at heart to make this new lifestyle happen. Diet, quit, repeat... Daily, weekly... it didn't matter. It does not matter. I'm here. I'm working on changing my mind frame, to be committed to this lifestyle like I used to. It all starts in my head, to make conscious efforts and tell myself "I don't need to try the mac and cheese I made for the kids," to remind myself "I just ate, I'm not really hungry," etc. Funny thing, how our brain plays those tricks on our bodies, huh?
Anywho... I'm 202 now, I know that when I stick with IP I lose 4-5 lbs on the first weeks, so I hope to be comfortably in the 190s next week. I'll keep checking; see if someone stops by to chat.
