Hi my name is Jeanette and I'm 37 years old. I've been trying to lose weight since after the birth of my dd-12 years ago
Anyway, I've been successful with south beach so I think something along those lines will be best for me to follow. I also have a gym membership and will be doing weight training and cardio. Some of the obstacles I feel I will have (okay-I know I will since they are reasons I haven't been successful with weight loss) are I work nights, I'm in grad school, and the rest of my family is not going to to south beach as their way of eating. I just need others on my side to cheer me on, which I don't feel I have that at home sometimes. Oh, and I'm also probably going to be going in for foot surgery in the near future. I just need to stay the course and be accountable to myself. Thanks for listening to me ramble!!
