It's still a little beyond me how eating more calories can make you lose weight but I'm willing to try.

I think 220s is a pain in the arse it was for me took me a month and a half to get thru it you can too! You'll be better to stick to it make sure you're consuming enough calories too!

I'm definitely consuming enough calories. Staying OP seems to be getting easier with the cheats getting farther and farther apart.

AMEN! I too think "why am I restricting myself when at the end of the day I still look like THIS. It would be WAY easier to continue to eat right if I could snap my fingers and be my ideal weight right NOW! (I'm an Instant Gratification person if you couldn't tell. LOL)

I would say to change up your workout keep the body guessing. Once your body get use to doing certain workouts its not really working. Lifting weights has always helped me in these situations. Also try eating more protein and healthy fats. Make sure you count each and every single thing you put into your mouth. You can get through it!

once your body starts buring more you require more fuel. But at the sametime you need to eat healthy foods.

I am having the same issue! I am getting ready to start an Ultimate Makeover challenge if anyone is interested in joining. I've been using protein shakes by It works (I dont know if you all have heard of them but they are amazing) 2 times a day with a snack in between meals and I have lost 30lbs and over 50 inches! I am just stuck in that 220 zone and I think the Ultimate makeover challenge will help me out. What do you guys think?
