Today while I was cooking beans for the dinner ~ Suddenly I started thinking what was in my mouth and what taste was it and if I ate anything without putting in my journal. After 5 seconds, I realized I just ate ONE BEAN to make sure that it was actually done and not undercooked. Thats when I realized how far I have come. Couple months back, I would have eaten the 1/2 dish of pasta and 2 breadsticks which my daughter refused to eat without thinking for a minute and thats after my own dinner.
So, in a weird sense of way~ I think its great that now I am aware of every single thing going in my mouth and am not just eating for the sake of eating or because I didn't want to freeze something
