It is terribly hard to change. I, too, have lost before, have a hubby that loves the sweets and junk, and no time!
We have 4 children ages 11yrs to 7mo and I home school. I understand about not getting 45 minutes in a row to exercise.
Before the baby I used to get up before work and exercise. But now I have started working out after the kids go to bed at night at 8pm. DH gets home about 7:30, so that works for now.
I'm sure you will think of something - we women are very inventive!
