i would say it depends on what your looking to accomplish..if you want to increase distance and how many steps you take then yeah but if you just want to get moving for a certain amount of time then no
Up to you. I don't think I've ever had a pedo that I loved. Though, my mother did and I'm thinking I should get the one she has (need to find out the name and all). Would be nice to know how many steps you're taking in a day and all that.
I was thinking maybe I should get one so I can do some "pedo goals". I can set a goal to do this much walking at work even though I sit down all day I am allowed to walk around. Some stuff like that. Right now, I only get up to to go the bathroom. Sad.
