Hi everyone, I am 33 years old and from South Africa.
I am married with 2 children and I work as a PA for a surgeon.
My biggest problem is sitting behind a desk all day and eating
out of boredom!!!
I currently weigh 119kg and my goal weight is 70kg!
I need encouragement from people who know what it feels like and that's when I found this website!!
I am really exited and want to lose some weight before our summer holiday which is in December, with two small children we go to the beach everyday!
Thanks for listening!
Hi Sone and welcome! I, too, am a boredom eater. It's a tough thing to overcome. I think one of the things that has helped me is bringing a lot of food that actually equals very few calories. Sitting at my desk during the day, I eat a cup of dry kashi cereal, a cup of grapes, a yogurt, an apple, popcorn popped in grap seed oil, celery and penaut butter, and tomatoes and cucumbers with lemon. It is a lot of food but it is only 750 calories for all of it. That way i am constantly eating and never wanting to snack on bad stuff. That and I drink a ton of water. Good luck!
Hi Sone!!! You can drop those pounds. Stay focused!
