Hey all,

I am new to this site & would like to say HI & I'm ready to buckle down & do this thing. .

I am 34, have 2 boys ages almost 3 & 4. They are 15 months apart. I really gave myself all sorts of liberties during & following my pregnancies, not that I hadn't been struggling since my mid-20s anyway. But things got even more out of control--eating wise & lack-of-activity-wise. Anyhow, October 2005 I got news that we would be moving from our home town 500 miles away! This was the first major move of my life & I was devastated to be leaving my friends & family. So, the liberties became even more justified & the pounds just packed on.

We have been in our new home in our new town 1 year this month & I'm finally ready to reclaim control over my eating habits & activity level--whew~ it's about time!~

I'm looking forward to meeting you all & making some friends!

Here's to stepping up to the challenge & climbing on that wagon!
