Lauren, I have a rule where I wi on Sundays and then take that weight times 7 & this is how I judge how many calories that I can eat each day the following week. I also keep a journal, so I know how many calories I have taken in also why I am eating each piece of food. I keep a running total, so that I dont go over. I am about where my ticker is at, so now I can start to move that.
I am also trying to walk around the block, but winter weather is not always cooroprative. (sp?)
Sugar, its actually Lppennington - but you can call me Lisa. When I joined I was still married so it is my first and middle initial (sp?) and then former last name.
Oh and I mistakenly said the yogurt was Dannon, when it is Yopliat Whipped. Sorry for the mis-information.
