Hi Peacock sorry to hear about the job situation hope things improve in the New Year know what you mean though its the same over here the jobs i've had to take just to earn a crust and I can do so much more.

I've recently stopped having brekky during the work week because i've found that it makes me eat more during the day my stomach is grumbling a couple of hours later. Now I take something with me and have it about 10.30 with a cuppa

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

I find oats keep me fuller then any other type of cereal and my favourite breakfast is natural yoghurt, raw oats and a chopped apple. Takes a week or so to get used to it (I used to hate natural yoghurt) but now I really look forward to it,

I'm in the same boat - I really struggle to know what to eat for breakfast. Ths mornng I had a small bowl of yoghurt with half a banana and a cup of tea. I often eat some fruit like apples and satsumas. And I do like the porridge idea but I would have to make it up with water and not add any sugar or syrup so I don't think I would enjoy it much.

I try to eat breakfast every day but I'm really not a morning person so sometimes it has to wait until I'm at work, in which case I just have fruit as they provide it free for us. Otherwise some of my usual breakfasts are toast (usually just with margarine but sometimes with peanut butter or marmite), porridge (I make that with water and add low cal sweetener - tastes a bit like sweet wallpaper paste but it's filling ), low-fat granola with a fat free yogurt and a handful of berries or just fruit and a yogurt if I'm in a rush.
