Brands of food
So I was thinking the other day that we should have a thread that lists specific brand name products that people have found that have helped them out on this diet. For example I have found the D'Italiano bread to be the best bread and just discovered the mocha flavored Splenda which is great for my coffee. Just wondering if anyone else has brand specific items that they would like to share with the rest of us.

I have had the Southwestern Egg Beaters many times. They are not bad. I prefer real eggs but if you want a low cholesterol alternative they are pretty good.

I prefer Wonderbread Light in Sourdough. I think it's better than the others I've tried.

Sara Lee makes pretty good low-cal breads (45 calories/slice). I also like mixing my HNS with Tangerine flavored Diet-Rite... delicious!

I get them at King Soopers here in Colorado. They are by the meat department for some reason where I shop, so it took me a while to find them. You might ask if you aren't finding them.

Bakers has them also but they are not with the rest of the tortillas. They are with the health food/organic food.
