Hi Vanessa:

I am new as well and my weight goals are about the same. So far I've managed to lose about 3 pounds since October 7, just doing a little every day on my Wii Fit (as opposed to the nothing I was doing before) and skipping one of two Canadian Thanksgiving dinners.

It is really great to be part of such a supporting community. I'm sure it will help you too!! I like it here.
