    Just icing on the cake now! Can't believe one more week! Never thought I'd get this far! I'm hoping to break 160 by next week, that would be HUGE for me!
  • EXERCISE: At least 5 sessions per week of cardio that also challenges my muscles.

    I can't believe I actually got 13.5lbs PAST my goal for Valentine's Day. I am SO happy it's unbelievable. I'm learning that I really can do anything I put my mind to!
    This has been such a great challenge for me. I never imagined when I first joined that I would be able to lose 39.5lbs in 4 months!!!

    Okay as you can tell, I took some time off. Well to be more accurate I totally fell off the wagon for Christmas...and then carried on till past New Years. Am back on the wagon now and no use beating myself up anymore I guess. Am going to change my goal weight though!

    Okay, well I admit I am not the happiest with myself as I had really hoped to be in onederland right now....but that was my choice to take a month off and eat everything in sight that looked good!

    I lost 35 pounds even with my relapse in 4 months, so I guess that is good. Just not used to having relapses so lesson learned! Way to go to all the ladies who stuck with it!

    Since Christmas I havnt been nearly as strict with my calories and work outs BUT I did lose 36 pounds throughout this challenge and thats amazing! I had a goal of 215 pounds and came up short but Ive made great progress and am motivated to get back on track and start losing a bit quicker again!

    Everyones done amazing! Good job ladies!

    Most importantly.....HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! =)
  • Well I almost made my goal, but I'm happy with it. I was sick the entire month of Jan. and had some set backs due to water weight and meds. but it's ok. I finally have less than 100 lbs. to lose, I'm SOOOOOOO proud of myself!!!!!!
  • Hi it feels like it will be next valentines day before I get to my targets. Tried most diets out there. Has anyone any genuine diet programme recomendations I could re start with?
