Hmm... Skillet, Kutless and Thousand Foot Krutch are good if you really want something to headbang to while you're running/walking/biking, ect. For softer music that still has some beat to it, I like Hawk Nelson, Superchic, Switchfoot and FM static. All of those bands are really good to work out to!
Nothing pumps me up like "Shine" by Newsboys. I don't know exactly why, but it started when I was a teenager and would listen to it every morning while getting ready for school. At 25, it still works for me.
It sounds like we might like the same type of music... so here's a few from my ipod...
My favorite band of all time - Blindside!!! I absolutely love them!
I love the new Press Play album! Awesome and gets you moving, makes me want to dance. hehe
Andy Hunter is awesome if you want something faster.
The Benjamin Gate is super awesome too! The untitled album..
Disciple can get me going as well.
Falling Up, Fireflight, Pillar, Avalon.... The list can go on and on. If you want specific songs, you can PM me and I'll look up my favs.
My husband is a coach and he burned a CD to play for his boys while they're in the weight room.
Here it is:

One of my favorite work out songs right now is Brandon Heath's He's Not Finished with Me Yet. Great lyrics and a nice steady beat - keeps me from slowing down too much.
