1 oz almond milk
Cook Cauliflower -- saute' chopped onions garlic hot pepper ...
throw all ingredients in and I use a Braun Immersion -- whip until it looks like potatoes
OMG it is wonderful
I eat it everday.. LOTS OF FIBER
