Hey Everyone... I have to say today I am one very happy and proud chick..lol I started here on 3FC on August 9th, not even a full month ago.. at a starting weight..which was an all time high of 217.2pnds... My plan initially was to stay accountable to myself and get into the habit of having regular meals and snacks at the same times each day... not doing as I did before where many times i would hardly eat if at all, all day long then eat alot of very unhealthy crap most of the evening, cause i would be so hungry by then! So I managed to get that under control and am now eating 3 meals a day with 2 small snacks.. and sometimes a third in the evening..
On August 24th after deciding I had the meal thing down that it was time to start counting calories..something I never thought I would ever do... I am using Sparkpeople to track my progress and my allotted daily calories are between 1,200 and 1,550 a day.. (and only went over that twice..) And its working.. I feel and see slight differances.. My tummy feels slightly smaller, I see a differance under my chin...
Today I weighed myself and well.. weighed myself again..and then again when I looked down and saw 209.8pnds .. I have lost 7.4 pounds in 3and1/2 weeks!!!
I never want to see 210 again!! lol That was some huge motivation for me and enough to give me that extra push to my next phase of getting healthy and that is to add scheduled exercise each and every day!
I have never felt so ..well not really determined.. but at peace with what I am doing.. with the grace of God I know I am going to reach my goals of not only being smaller but of being a healthy woman.. inside and out.. physically and mentally.. and just being the woman I was created to be!

Congrats!!! I'm trying to follow the same thing you are...3 meals and 2 snacks and same amount of calories...I just started this week...hope I can lose 7lbs in 3 weeks!!! That's great!!! Congrats!!!! Keep it going girl!
Hey there ladies.. lol just a lil update.. I weighed in this morning and have lost again i am now exactly 208...9.2 pounds down in just under a month... I started on the 9th of August so I am thinking today is the 7th of Sept. so I have 2 days to lose another .8 of a pound to make an even 10! lol
