Most people use up their weekly points on the weekend. Try not to fret as it will only make it worse. Sandra is right....exercise will give you some extra points if you need them.
When I started SF I budgeted 5 Weekly Points per day until I got the hang of it. My biggest challenge was switching away from1% milk which was using up all of my points.
