It's been 2 weeks, as of Monday, I've been on a weight loss program.
10.5 lbs in two weeks. Which is great. I've always been just a little bit fat. I've always been way to lazy to do anything about it. However, lately I've gained more weight and I've never weighed this much, so I knew it was time to do something. I'm happy, and I'm pushing myself hard, but it feels great.
Eat small, healthy, very low carbs (30-40 a day). Work-out, (I use a stationary bike) I do about 45minutes - 1 hour a day (a 30 minute work-out then the rest I do different speeds, and sometimes I lean back- to tighten my abs). Drink a lot of water, stay hydrated. Watch the fruits you eat, some are packed with carbs (Bananas, Peaches, Nectarines,...).
That's all I've done for 2 weeks, and I know a lot of it was waterweight.. but I can feel it, in every part of me, and it feels awesome. I think that if you just read the labels on what you eat, and you really push yourself to get up and do something for 30-45 minutes a day.. you'll see results. Baby steps, but they're life changing steps. :]
<< That's great. Haha.
