Almost to my mini goal
My mini goal was to get to the mid-way mark of 154.
I was shocked to finally get past 160. With my past 2 pregnancies I've always gone back to 160 to only get pregnant with the next. So to finally get over that hump is exciting.
I did have to face the reason why I got to this weight and wrote about it in my blog. It was nice to finally be at rest with it and start breaking the walls down, one pound at a time.
I had a miscarriage back in 2001 that sent me spiraling down down hill emotionally to where I just didn't care about myself.
All I have are mental pictures of what I look like at my goal weight. My mom has the pictures and she's 1000 miles away. LOL
But anyways, 5.8 lbs to go!!
