So...I have to share...
I've been dieting/some exercise for 3 weeks now...but only weighed myself for the first time last week. I got on the scale this morning (I know that weekly weigh-ins are important for accountability and for my success) and I lost 3.5 lbs!!! wow! Now I know I'm on the right track...long way to go...but it's motivational to see that number go DOWN!!! =D
Just wanted to share my first small victory with all of you. This is such a great place...thanks again for all of you being here!!
