THIS WAS EXACTLY MY PROBLEM!!!!!
I'm tall, especially for a female, I'm 5'10 1/2. Which means I can weigh a little more and still be alright, but I've never "weighed a little bit more" I've always been a little fat.

I've tried diets before... but I could never stick to them cause I just loved to shovel food into my mouth, even if it was healthy food, I just couldnt stop eating!
Soooo,.. my cousin started going to this nutrition doctor, and like every other diet I've tried, I automatically figured it wasn't going to work until she told me that they give you a lot of stuff to supress your appetite, and to speed up your metabolism.

I've been on it since August 03 2009.
3 days short of 3 weeks.
I've gotten a shot every Monday, along with medication he gives, and I take other dietary pills he gave me the day I started.
I've worked out on a stationary bike for about 45min-1hr a day. I do a programed 30 minute work out, then the rest I do on the lowest resistance.. and I try to keep a steady speed of around 18-19mph.. I'll go as fast as I can for a few seconds then bring it back down. Then I'll lean back to tighten my abs and just hold it there for a while as I'm biking.
Plus it's a low-carb diet. he recommends 50 carbs a day. I eat about half that.. sometimes 30. 40 tops and thats been rare.

Starting weight- 210
Current weight- 197

I love this diet. I'm not sayin it's for everyone.. but maybe if you ever think you've ran out of options.. you'll think of that. It's actually easy. :]
Over-eating was my main & basic problem, cause it would lead to fatigue/me being lazy lol.. and that was it. I've had 3 small meals a day since the day I started, and it's even ok to have a snack, as long as it's low-carb.

Hope I've helped.

Either way, you're not doing bad by yourself. :] Keep up the good work, sweety.

Yeah, it's astounding. All I ate was a salad and an appetizer of fish tacos. And a 2 lb. gain the next day!

I'm still at 127. Holding steady. Proud of myself that I'm making good changes.

I've had some cold cereal around the house, and I've realized I CANNOT keep that stuff around. I will just keep eating it, especially late at night. No more cereal! I'm like a damn addict. (I'm guessing many of you can relate...)

Even if it's healthy cereal, it's still high in calories. Cereal is GONE! Lots of fresh fruit and brown rice cakes are here now. (And I actually enjoy the brown rice cakes, as doubtful as it may sound, lol).

Thanks for checking in with me. I'll let you know how I'm doing in a few days.
