i'm a sad women in this world i can't do anything without my husband's help i'm in tx for 2 years i can't drive, i don't have a job, i don't have a friend and a bad english what can i do please help me i need to change i need a have another chance to live please

You can be a strong as possible. If you can't drive, walk. Get to know your neighbors. Get to know the people who are in worse situations than you and you will feel grateful. Find someone else who needs help and help them. Volunteer somewhere.

You can do it. This is a great place for support and weight loss help. Welcome.
