It feels good to...

...not dread my friends wedding in June 2010!!! I'm gonna be a bridesmaid and I know I'm gonna look amazing!!!!

...walk up a flight of stairs (instead of doing the right leg on, left leg on-now its right leg on, left leg on the next stair)

...to have not given up!!!!!

...To know I can do this
...To not be controlled by food
... To not keep hearing exs crude remarks in my head , knowing now I am worth something.
... To shop almost in the normal size.
