I have officially been working out for 1 whole week! I have been to the gym 3 times and I've (mostly) stuck to my diet. I have lost: *drumroll*
2 lbs!
Could it have been more? Sure
But I'm just getting in the swing of it.
It's so exciting! I feel like I can actually do this because this past week really wasn't hard or anything! I blogged about it too, and I also have pictures up on my blog. Lookie! -
