First mini goal is small but huge for me. Haven't been able to break out of the 230's. First goal is to get into the 220's. This is the closest I have been in a long time.
Sounds good! I've been reading several threads on "mini goals" goals lately and frankly I have never cared for the term "mini" goal. It makes an accomplishment seem so menial. I like the term MAXI goal... When it comes to losing weight, by golly, there is NOTHING mini about any milestone!
