
I was on Phase 2 off and on but went back to Phase 1 this week. I do well with this phase but get overconfident on Phase 2 because I add a fast food meal here or there. Before I know it I'm eating more fast food than the right foods.
Having knowledge of what to eat and where makes it better. The South Beach Diet has a book with fast food allowances. There's also a sticky on the SBD threads.
