Default wheat pasta

I thought that I would try some pasta tonight since it has been almost 2 months...the label says the serving size is 2oz...how in the heck do I measure that w/o a scale? Anybody know how much of a cup that would be?

when i used to eat alot of pasta, i would look at the box and if it said 8 servings total, i'd only remove ~ an 1/8 from the box, or 1/4 if i accounted for 2 servings in my calorie range for that day.
it was easier to do with spaghetti or linguini.
if it were spirals or elbows, i might have to dump it into bowls and eyeball it that way.
sounds extreme, but i used to be an obsessive calorie counter.
it worked for me though, i lost weight!

Well, 8oz = 1 cup. 2oz dry = 1\4 cup cooked at least with Barilla penne pasta. I use a measuring cup for everything.

I heart my food scale! It was less than $20 from Amazon.com!
