Hi everyone !
Congrats Tracy and welcome to Amber and Freak!
I'm still plugging along and doing pretty well. I'm thankful to have been on plan for almost 7 days! When RE starting, it sure is hard to get going again.

Thanks zay! Hope everything works out beautifully for you after your first day. Today is my last day of week 6. I can finally put a weight tracker in my sig, yay! But yeah, I've had a pretty stressful week dealing with some stuff at home and it took a LOT for me to not go crazy at the dining hall on campus with pizza and ice cream. Thank god for my boyfriend.

down another 3 pounds since last week! at 144 out of 130. unfortunately, this is my last month formally on the diet for financial reasons. i am just hoping that within the last 2 weeks i have left on it, i can get under 140 so that i can try to plug out the last >10lbs. by myself.

great job freakiel! You've done fantastic. Perhaps when you run out of diet products, you can purchase some protein slimfast or protein bars to help you finish up. The south beach cereal bars are used often.

I'm on plan but not weighing at this time. Hope everyone is well!

Everyone seems to be doing well!

I had my dinners out and now it's time to get on track. I have 20 days until I graduate from college so I am going to kick it for the next few weeks, so I can actually look at pictures after graduation!

Freakiel, are you doing exclusively medifast? I just looked at the medifast website and a box of bars is over 16 bucks! There is no way I could afford a month of medifast food. I have found that some websites have shakes and bars for 7.99-9.99, the cheapest I have found is googled "family bariatric", they are not medifast, but may be an alternative if you are looking to save some cash.

I can't wait until May comes and I can place a new order for some new food. I want to try the wonderslim oatmeal, chik'n entrees, and grab some of the cran grape juice protein drinks. I love how wonderslim gives you free samples in your order!

atm i am doing exclusively medifast. looking in to bari wise bars, i saw that a box of their bars (which i hear are fantastic) are $10. i will probably order those. i am going to the grocery store today, and will be taking one of my bars with me and comparing it to the nutritional facts on slimfast bars, etc. there to see price and nutrition in them for the future.

[QUOTE=TracyRN;2694381]Oh and just an FYI. I realized today, to NEVER, EVER, mix diet sprite and a strawberry shake in the magic bullet blender. It was like a strawberry bomb went off in my kitchen, which was clean, before the explosion.

This made me LAUGH soooo hard. Thank you I really needed it today!! I can see me in that situation with avid clarity!!! I have been reading the posts for about a week or so. I can't wait to get started on MF. I will be starting in May. I am a 33 (just turned ) mom with 3 kids...I feel like a whale and really want to get my weight under control. I am working on my Master's degree while taking care of my 4 month old, defiant 3 year old, and 8 year old. My hubby found out that they might be deploying him again in July...we won't find out for sure until later this week. If I can control at least one thing in my life, like diet, I will be a happy camper.

Hey, everyone! I haven't posted for a couple months. I got bored with MF and joined WW. I didn't lose anything, but was maintaining for a while. Then Easter came with its sugary Peeps and chocolate eggs, and on came 7 pounds! Quit WW, and am starting back on MF on Monday. I'm graduating from Nursing school in September, and I want to get more weight off so I don't look like a giant marshmallow in my cap and gown. (Who thought white gowns were a good idea? LOL)

Hi Jen and Nurse Joan, from another Nurse Joan, now retired! I am new to this board, and have been on Medifast/Wonderslim for 5 weeks now. Lost 24# so far.

I am another one who does the 5 and 1 program but I am on a combo of Medifast/Wonderslim. I don't add a 6th supplement, although it probably is a healthier way to go. But, if one takes a Multi Vit, they should be fine. I also take Vitamin C.
Hoping to be able to reach goal this time around, as I did MF 3 yrs ago. Best of success to everyone here. Nice to meet you all!

Weighed in this morning at 141, 2lbs. lost last week, 25lbs. total in 2 months. Unfortunately today is my first day off of Medifast. I'm hoping this works out.
